There is a disease called Red Blotch that can show up on the flower stems and leaves of infected plants but the diseased areas usually have definite margins or outlines and are usually sunken. I'm not sure that's what's going on with your amaryllis, though. Any injury to amaryllis tissues usually produce a red pigment, so red streaks, specks or irregular patterns on the leaves are not always indicative of red blotch disease. Instead, the streaks are just evidence that the developing foliage was damaged by the weather or through some physical injury. I don't think it's anything to worry about.
