Hemoraging/Dying Dracaena deremensis - Knowledgebase Question

My office Dracaena Deremensis is slowly losing its leaves starting with spots that hemorage in the veins of the leaf that progress to total brown and leaf drop. What is causing this.

I can't tell from your description what the problem might be. Perhaps it's an insect (carefully check the underside of the leaves) or it might be a fungal leaf spot (look for fruiting bodies in the center of the spot). If you can find neither you might want to take an affect leaf to your local cooperative extension office or Master Gardener clinic for hands on diagnosis. Wish I could offer more assistance.
