Nothing blooms in my fron garden. The plants grow with no flowers. Bushes do well. Do you think there is something wrong with the soil. Does Home Depot do soil testing?

Home Depot sells soil testing kits but they generally just measure the soil's pH. If you think there's something in your soil that's preventing perennials from growing you might want to pay a soil testing lab to test your soil. Or, you may not be giving your plants adequate sunshine. Sun loving plants need 6-8 hours of sunshine in order to bloom. You might try planting perennials that tolerate both sun and shade. I hope you eventually get something to bloom for you!
