We seem to have an excessive amount of flies in our 2 azalea bushes. They also appear to be in our evergreen bushes. Help? |
They're looking for water or for nectar (or maybe honeydew from an insect population). You might discourage them by rinsing off the plants and thereby rinsing off the nectar. A little later in the season the nectar will dry up on its own and you won't need to keep hosing off your plants. Good luck with your landscape! |
