We seem to have an excessive amount of flies in our 2 azalea bushes. They also appear to be in our evergreen bushes. Help?

They're looking for water or for nectar (or maybe honeydew from an insect population). You might discourage them by rinsing off the plants and thereby rinsing off the nectar. A little later in the season the nectar will dry up on its own and you won't need to keep hosing off your plants. Good luck with your landscape!
