|Your lilies are finished blooming for the season but you'll need to leave the stem and foliage alone until it dies down in the fall. As long as the leaves are green they are manufacturing and transporting carbohyrates back into the bulb. You can deadhead the spent flowers by clipping them off where they attach to the stem. Best wishes with your lilies.
