| In a vegetable garden, grasshoppers are probably best controlled with rotenone, sabadilla or pyrethrum sprays applied when you first notice the damage. These are considered least toxic and can be used in organic gardens. Grasshoppers can also be controlled with biological weapon called Nosema locustae.
