|I am growing a variety of peppers. I purchased the plants @ a local garden center. THe plants do not seem to be growing and our a pale green in color. They are budding and have strated developing fruit. I have grown peppers in this soil before.

|Sounds like your new pepper plants are having difficulty adjusting. There's not much you can do to hurry the process. Try feeding lightly with a liquid fertilizer (sometimes called a foliar feed) and water your plants deeply twice a week. I hope those roots establish quickly and your plants perk up soon!
