We have an english ivy at my office. The leaves are getting dry, thin, turning a yellow color, not really drying and falling off, but the waxy luster is gone. What should I do?

You can try increasing the humdity around the plant by setting it on a gravel filled tray in which you keep a half inch of water. Dry indoor air can cause the symptoms you describe so increasing the humidity should help. Hope you see an improvement soon!
