Sago Palm Curling Wildly - Knowledgebase Question

I have a sago palm in a flower bed at the house I recently bought. I added some flowers around it, and used Miracle-Gro for the flowers. The new growth on my Sago is crazily curled. Was the Miracle-Gro the culprit? I've never seen such a thing before.

Yes, the fertilizer is probably giving your sago palm fits. These are relatively slow growing plants. An abundance of nitrogen fertilizer will encourage rapid growth which is why the foliage is curling and curving. It just can't keep up!
