after purchasing plant it
has not flowered. is there
anything i can do?

Hibiscus can be slow to set flowers - it's waiting for consistently warm weather - but once it begins to develop flower buds it will flower non stop all summer long. Just make sure your plant is getting adequate sunshine. enjoy!
