I have Osaka Azalea in my garden for eight years that have never bloomed. The bed also has Hydranga and Daylily that bloow fine

It may be that your azaleas is not getting the amount of sun or shade that it requires. I suspect it is in a sunny or partially sunny spot. If so, try moving it to a shadier spot.
