I planted about 100 glads. Right now only one has any blooms starting to open. The others are only greens and no blooms. Is this normal for gladiolas? I'm disappointed. This is not what I envisioned.

I think if you're a little more patient with your glads they will reward you with a yard full of color. They sometimes take a year to establish and build up the energy reserves they need for flowering. Don't give up on them just yet!
