I have a dwarf peach tree that gets a lot of fruit but stays small and does not ripen. Is there something I can do to get these to be real peaches?

Plant maturity has a lot to do with the size of fruit but I've found that if you thin the fruit, the remaining fruit will grow larger and sweeter. Try removing every third peach on each branch and see if that helps. The remaining fruit won't have to compete for nutrients and moisture and will be larger. Enjoy!
