Planting Texas Sage (or Purple Sage) - Knowledgebase Question

I live in Zone 8. Is it too late to plant Texas Sage (or it may be called Purple Sage) shrubs? You sell them in your stores but I was told it may be too late in the year to plant shrubs due to the heat...

You can plant during the heat of the summer as long as you keep your new plants watered thoroughly so they can establish their root systems. Just water deeply every 4 days until they stop wilting and begin new growth. Enjoy your new plants!
