I have a seven year old Crimson King Maple and each spring the leaves grow out but are chewed out.Not entirely but enough to make the tree look sick. What can I do to prevent this? I have tried Bayer systemic which doesn't help. Thanks.

It is best to identify what may be eating away at the leaves on your tree in order to properly identify the best solution. My recommendation is to identify the insect and then you can ask your local garden center what they recommend as an appropriate solution for your insect damage - or email us again. Good luck!
