I have a plum trees that I thought was dead but came back to life this year. I found termites in it over the winter when trimming it. It does not appear to be making fruit though. What should I do?

If you have termites in your tree, that indicates that there is a lot of dead wood in the tree. So I'm not surprised that it isn't fruiting- it must be struggling to stay alive. Professional help is usually best in dealing with termites. As far as the tree itself, there's not much you can do except try to give it the best growing conditions you can to help it recover enough to be a productive plant.
