Orders are processed and shipped quickly, without any clerical errors or mislabeling. The plants are healthy and large for the price, and the packaging is superlative. It holds the potted plants firmly in place without damaging any of the canes, but it's also easy to remove from the plants by hand because it doesn't include any heavy-duty staples or anything else requiring tools for removal. In addition, I think it's highly commendable that this nursery, in contrast to some other own-root nurseries, does not offer roses that won't grow well on their own roots.

I have ordered from ARE several times, and am impressed by their wide selection of roses, their friendly and knowledgeable staff, and their large, healthy plants.

I have made, I believe, two orders from ARE in the last two years. The plants are nicely established and are sent at the start of the growing season. They have a super selection of rarities, and I think they are more focused on zones 6 and above, but they also have decent choices for the colder zones. Sometimes the plants lose their leaves after being unboxed, but they have always regrown after a couple of weeks in the ground. I am Bumblekim on the HelpMeFind site

Great site. I have ordered from this site many times. The roses come in 2 gallon cans. All have been healthy and have done well in my garden.
