The Green Pages: Keast Daylily Gardens (E-Commerce Companies)

Keast Daylily Gardens is located in Iowa in zone 5 and sells field-grown northern cold hardy daylilies.

Some people nowadays assume that older daylilies are always inferior to newer ones, but I think it would be a mistake to ignore the numerous well-proven and top-notch older cultivars that do exist. Keast is an excellent resource for many of these older but excellent daylilies. They do have some newer cultivars as well, and overall have a nice mix that includes miniatures, doubles, large flowers and ufo-spiders. Tom and his wife Mary (the owners) have some interesting introductions of their own, as well.

I purchased from them this spring and was quite pleased-- I recommend them!
