![]() I received this wonderful book as a gift a few years ago and I have found it very informative. The subject of the book is how we can sustain wildlife by using native plants in our gardens. The book has a chapter about the role of suburban gardens; another chapter explains and talks about native and non-native plants, while still another talks about sustaining biodiversity and creating balanced plant and animal communities. At the end of the book you will find two great appendices; the first listing native plants with wildlife value attributes by region of the country and the second, a list of host plants of different butterflies and moths. |
