The Green Pages: Herb Creek Landscape Supplies (Local Garden Centers)

Although it is relatively young, this locally owned and operated business rose to the top quickly and was voted "Best Nursery & Garden Center" in a local poll in 2004. On a busy corner that was once the location of a service station, there is now a little island of peace and possibilities for a perfect garden.

The people working with the plants are helpful and are always cheerful. One feels more like a welcome guest than a customer. The display of pottery is amazing. There are plenty of gift items. They offer shrubs, trees, ground covers, advice, annuals and perennials, a huge selection of cactus and succulents, vegetables and, of course, herbs, too.

After 10 successful years in business, they opened a huge second location. A person could spend half the day walking the aisles of plants at the second location. You might walk across the street to have lunch at Coach's Corner and come back to shop some more.

If you are a visitor to Savannah, the Victory Drive location is only 7 minutes from the famous Bonaventure Cemetery. Why not make a day of it?
