The Green Pages: Roses Unlimited (E-Commerce Companies)

I have ordered from Roses Unlimited Own Root for a couple of years now. They send out 1-gallon own-root roses. These are larger than a band rose and are VERY well packed. Pat is a VERY nice lady to deal with. They have an extremely large list of roses to choose from, too.

CONS: Poor website. Their website is extremely difficult when it comes to choosing roses: They don't have a picture for every single rose they offer. Plus, they do not have an "order-ready" website. You have to email them or call them to place an order. They also do not accept credit cards -- check or money order only. Their shipping charges are also very expensive -- sometimes it can be up to a full 1/3rd of your order price, depending on where you live in the US (West Coast is $8/plant versus East Coast, which is $4/plant). However, this is VERY clearly stated on their website, so there are no surprises.

In spite of all that, I still continue to order from them. Their roses make up for it. Here are two examples of roses I received from them. As you can see, they're not small dinky bands, but big beautiful own-root roses.
