South Burlington, VT (July 17, 2008) - This back-to-school season, Annie's and KIWI? Magazine are partnering to "Plant the Seeds for Learning" with a $35,000 donation to the National Gardening Association's Adopt a School Garden? Program.

Schools across the country are invited to collect Annie's box-tops for a chance to win one of 100 Organic Gardening Kits, which contain all the supplies a school needs to start a small garden, including a raised garden bed, compost bin, gardening tools, and seeds. Consumers get a treat as well - Annie's is offering a free one-year subscription to KIWI magazine with the purchase of any Annie's product.

"Annie's has long believed that gardens are vibrant places where students can connect with nature and gain a better understanding of where their food comes from," said John Foraker, CEO of Annie's Homegrown. "That's why we're proud to partner with the National Gardening Association and help spread the joy of gardening to students nationwide."

Complete details, rules, and regulations for the promotions, which run August 1 - October 31, 2008, will be available at in late July.
