Dormant, 30 inches. Got it from Carol Hansen (WV) & it bloomed the first yr (2017). A very delicate, feminine looking flower that would look great in a bouquet with baby's breath.

Dormant: 30 inches. Early to Mid-season bloomer. I've had this one for about 8 yrs now. It's one of Jack Church's, named after his granddaughter. It always has lots of scapes & blooms and is a very nice DL.

Have
Ploidy: Tetraploid

Scape height: 32 inches

Now this one is really a great one in the garden - it is so bright red and stands out. I got this at Home Depot and am so glad I did. One of the best reds in my opinion.
Cherry Burst, close Daylily (Hemerocallis 'Cherry Burst')
Have
Image Daylily (Hemerocallis 'Chesapeake Crablegs')
Have
Image Daylily (Hemerocallis 'Chesapeake Light')
Have
Image Daylily (Hemerocallis 'Chicadee Court')
Have
Foliage type: Dormant
Scape height: 31 inches

This one bloomed in 2017. It seemed to have some issues with the color. It was the right color - but it was often with flaws. Sometimes there were bare patches or places where it appeared to have gotten wet. I can't really say. However, I didn't get any bloom that was really good enough to get a nice photograph.

We never really know what causes things to happen. Sometimes it's just because it's new. Other times it could be the soil - maybe not enough of something. Or it could've gotten a bug/grub. I've learned to just have patience & wait to see what it does next time. Hopefully it will be better this next summer. It's a pretty one.
"Hemerocallis 'Chicago Arnie's Choice', 2016, Violet Purple #Dayl Daylily (Hemerocallis 'Chicago Arnie's Choice')
Have
Image Daylily (Hemerocallis 'Chicago Gown')
Have
Dormant: 23 inches. I've had this since the beginning of when I started growing DL's. My clump is about 8 yrs old. I got it from my cousin Jack Church (OH). It's an EARLY bloomer, and I'm always happy to see it.

Usually it has multiple blooms on it at any given time. Great for photographs.
Image Daylily (Hemerocallis 'Chicago Royal Robe')
Have
Image Daylily (Hemerocallis 'Chico Rico')
Have
Dormant. 28 inches. I got this one from Jack Church (OH) and planted it in the fall of 2016, it bloomed the next summer for the first time & I adore this one. Very bright cheery color and I have it next to 'Buddy's Abilene' as they go perfect together.
