Sundownr's Plant List

A note from Sundownr
We have a small shady 1/2 acre lot of sandy/clay soil in zone 6a. The few areas of full day sun are dedicated to herbs, veggies, and a few fruiting shrubs.

Plants for Mini Gardens
Gorgeous hardy shrub with tiny evergreen leaves. Slow growing and does well with pruning making it an excellent miniature garden featured "tree". Fair success with cuttings.

Miscellaneous
Prolific, hardy, and stubborn. They make a nice tall hedge if planted closely together and a striking presence in the snow. I have grown them in shade and full sun. Mine seem to do best in partial shade. Great success with cuttings.
