By TBGDN October 11, 2015 | Harvesting in Autumn: Storing for Winter My memories of the years when I was a young lad are full of scenes relating to autumn harvests of staple foods from the fields and gardens. I won a Nakita Persimmon. It arrived in great shape. No picture because the foliage has dropped. When I planted the tree, it had a healthy root system. I will give this tree a bit of special attention because it came from Florida and I live in NE PA. Pictures to follow in the spring.
