Recipe collection of plants commonly foraged by Native Americans. Some of the recipes are: Sunflower Seed Soup, Turtle Soup, Raccoon Pie, Irish Moss Jelly, Steamed Cattail Stems, Steamed Young Milkweed Pods, plus many more. There are also sections on plants they used to smoke and use as natural chewing gum. There is a section on poisonous plants as well.
