This is a dwarf form with smaller leaves, thinner stems that are not as colorful. I am not sure if it does really flower and fruit; it might not. I hardly see it at all, but it is sold by a few large, diverse nurseries and is found in a few yards and landscapes. It often gets leaf spot disease badly. I can't really recommend it as a good ornamental.
