    I'd say that the flowers of this cultivar are quite attractive, but the foliage is quite exceptional.
    The variegated foliage complements those perennials, including other phlox cultivars, which are around it.
    It makes a great contribution to mixed perennial beds.

    Re name change proposal denied for the NGA Plants Database.
    The name of this excellent cultivar is spelled variously as 'Nora Leigh' and 'Norah Leigh'.
    The cultivar is listed as 'Norah Leigh' (viz Nora with an "h") in the Royal Horticultural Society Horticultural Database.

    The cultivar was named by the British horticulturalist, Alan Bloom, as "Norah Leigh', after he had discovered the plant in the garden of Norah Leigh, at Broadwell Manor, Gloucestershire, England.
