Angel Face is a truly lovely mauve-colored rose. Striking color and nice frilly ruffled blooms. Unfortunately, it was very prone to blackspot here in my humid climate. I spray my roses with fungicide every two weeks, but that was not enough to keep the disease away. I would have had to spray it weekly to keep it clean. I was not willing to do that, so I dug it up and tossed it.
