I grew this Asian cucumber both last year and this year. The fruits are rather prickly looking and not the prettiest but the cucumbers are very tasty. Trellis for straighter fruit. Will have it growing again next year.

Also known as Suhyo Long. Spiny skin that some people may like to pare before eating, or just rub with water to remove spines. I harvest them at 10-15" long. They tend to curl but are straighter when grown on a trellis or string. Quite tasty and an interesting variation on standard cucumber shapes.
