This is a good variety to grow for fresh eating out of the garden, as the peas ripen over a longer period of time than most shelling peas. Resistent to enation and powdery mildew.

An attractive and tasty pea. Yield was less than desired, but on a par with Garden Sweet. Our fast onset of dry 90+ days severely impacted all the mid to late season peas.

A good pea in this part of the world. It tolerates hot weather better than most varieties I've grown
