Hairy Bittercress is a member of the mustard family. It is quite delicious, with a peppery taste something like a radish. Delicious on sandwiches and in salads as a bitter herb.
Also called Flick Weed or Shot Weed because of the way the ripe seeds explode from the seed pot when touched.
