I used to grow 'Night Raider' in my garden years ago. I really loved the dark red color and the height of this Daylily. I'd look forward to seeing in in bloom every year that I had it. The blooms are a nice size, not small and being that this one is a tetraploid, you know you are going to be growing a great Daylily. It was always a special Daylily!

It was registered in 1981, so you know you're not going to have to spend a lot of money to get it. I remember it was a good grower and I didn't have any complaints about it.

I don't grow it anymore, because I had to get rid of most of my Daylilies years ago from approx. 400 to a couple of dozen.

It's an oldie, but goodie!
