Although this plant is a dwarf, do not let it get ahead of you as it will try to revert to tall (not as tall as normal bougs but tall). I have 8-10 of these, and when they miss their haircuts, they put on some height (4 to 7 feet). They also tend to throw the occasional long switch that needs to be cut out.

I got this on member's day at Flamingo Gardens. It is a dwarf bougainvillea, I believe a Helen Johnson, but I'm not sure. It is pretty much a maintenance-free, sun-loving plant, and it blooms constantly.
