Century is a midseason hybrid yellow granex designed by Seminis for Vidalia Onion growers. A large onion that grades Jumbo to Colossal. Advertised as very uniform, but under my conditions had more variance in size than other yellow granex types that I have grown. Good performance but not outstanding.
