Over 200 different species, mostly vines with a few shrubby plants.
Many of these are considered undesirable weeds and can become invasive.
Some are grown for their beauty in the home garden.
Flowers open in the early morning and close when the midday sun gets to them . I have seen some open late into the day on a very cloudy day.
They self sow very prolifically here in my zone 5.
