Lovely red, thick, full petal form on the blooms of this Romantica hybrid tea. Rouge Royale is a stunning rose. Just as all my other roses here in my humid Long Island, NY garden, Rouge Royal needs to be sprayed with a systemic fungicide to remain disease free.
