Got this from Dan Bachman in 2005 when he introduced it. Love it! Beautiful! Another great one as always from Dan!

During the Summer of 2008, 'Zoot Sims' had one bloom that had 10 petals on it! It was the first and only time 'Zoot Sims' bloomed like that since I've had it. I don't know whether it was a fluke, but I don't think it's supposed to have any bloom tendencies like that. I have a couple of photos shown above showing the bloom.

Zoot Sims is a good grower here in Northern KY, as it should be, because it was hybridized an hour north of here in Lebanon, OH. With a bud count of 25 and branching that is 4 way, it's a daylily you can count on to have lots of blooms!
