This is a rose I used to grow. I got very tired of the fact that Falstaff wanted to grow into a monster shrub that only bloomed once in spring for me and did not want to repeat. I was really lucky to see even a bloom or two after the spring flush. I just got tired of struggling with it. I dug it out and tossed it and planted the Romantica rose Traviata in its place instead.
