The International Daffodil Register & Classified List has 3 entries for this name. The other two are both Division 2, one of which is a syn. of 'Portland'. The other one is a white petalled red cupped daffodil bred by J.L. Richardson from Ireland and registered in 1969 (an ADS Classic).
