'Perianth segments broadly ovate, yellowish white, spreading, with margins incurling, overlapping half; the inner segments a little inflexed, with margins slightly wavy; corona funnel-shaped, lightly ribbed, tinged pale yellow, slightly frilled, rim crenate and sometimes a little flanged. Resembles 'Mitylene' but with a yellower cup.' DaffSeek 11-15-13.

A lot of the Right Rev. G.H. Engleheart's creations served to bring many new cultivars to the world after WW1. This particular daffodil has been the seed parent 70 times and pollen parent twice to subsequent creations. A full listing of descendants can be viewed at the ADS DaffSeek site (11-15-13)
