Noted by Antique Rose Emporium:
"This lovely apricot rose was named for Frances Hobbs by our customer, Rebecca Franks who won our rose naming contest. She chose to name for her lovely mother who lives is DeRidder, LA. The two to three inch flowers repeat from spring to fall. The six foot upright shrub is very disease resistant most likely due to its bloodlines of ‘Heritage’, ‘Mrs. Oakley Fisher’ and ‘Carefree Beauty’."
