Sept. 1, 2018 I took 3 stolon cuttings off my year-old plant and put them to root in water. Oct. 6 they had rooted, so I planted them in soil and they are doing fine. This seems to be a slow-growing smaller variety, but its pastel cream, pink and green color is beautiful and my favorite.

Oh, so pretty! I bought a small 2-inch plant 8 months ago for its pink, cream, and green combination leaf color. It has grown slowly, but recently grew another inch and sent out 2 small stolons. I can hardly wait to see it in bloom with pink flowers. I have 5 varieties that grow on a shelf by an east window that gets filtered morning sun and then 7 hours of supplemental light under my Sunblaster light. I keep the soil of all slightly damp at all times and they are thriving. They are a lot easier to keep happy than the related african violets.
