Many have mistaken this plant for "Oleander (Nerium oleander 'Peach Blossom')" because of the buds' color (I have made this mistake myself), but don't be fooled by this.

And It's strange, but the flower buds of this plant can sometimes be "red hot" in color, but the flower itself is very pink.
