    Great for cut flowers!

They call this iris green, but I'd describe it as a pale, greyed yellow. It is a prolific grower for me. The flower has a graceful form and is condensed on the stalk rather than being really tall, which makes it great in a vase. In the garden, it's not a standout when there are so many more dramatic irises, but it really comes into its own in flower arrangements. It goes with almost any color, and is a great backdrop for wild colored or intensely patterned irises.
