After my mom passed away, my dad moved out of my childhood home. I dug up some of my mom's irises before he did, and I'm so glad to have this beautiful one. It blooms between Easter or Mother's Day, rising tall like a sun. It's like a gift from my mom every time it blooms. Transplanted from SE Pennsylvania to central North Carolina and took very well.
