Coreopsis grandiflora 'Early Sunrise' is a 1989 All-America winner.

I grew 'Early Sunrise' before and loved it. It produced a lot of seed heads that I broke off, so it wouldn't start a lot of new plants.

Unamended heavy clay soil. In shade from about 12:00 to 4:00, then again after about 5:30-6:00.
