I believe the Wild Dagga designation refers to the African native perennial that is utilized in native culture to somewhat, shall we say, alter reality on a temporary basis.

The leaves on this plant are narrow, fuzzy and lanceolate (lance-shaped) with serrated edges.
This is a semi-woody, shrublike perennial in zones 9-11 and sometimes zone 8

native to South Africa
