Lilies come in such a variety of colors and bloom times. I feel everyone should have lilies in their garden for summer color. In addition, it's easier to find room for lilies in the perennial garden because they usually are taller and skinnier plants.

MrsBinWY On April 23, 2022 Seeds sown
On 4-23-2022, sowed 33 seeds (all) from bxncbx's 2021G. 3 months warm, 3 months cool, germinate warm.
MrsBinWY On April 23, 2022 Seeds sown
On 4-23-2022, sowed 15 seeds (all) from bxncbx's 2021G in half-gallon milk jug. Give 3 months warm, 3 months cool, then bring back to warm. Finally fridged these on 9-16-2022.
MrsBinWY On September 24, 2021 Seeds sown
On 9-24-2021, sowed all the seeds(?) from 'Orange Electric' x 'Pearl Loraine' - they don't really look viable, so not expecting germination.
MrsBinWY On September 5, 2021 Transplanted
on 9-5-2021 planted ~20 bulbs on west side of cat house; ~6 bulbils from one broken/dried-up stem in a pot; dozen or so bulbils from a still-green stem that I broke when I was separating the bunch of bulbs (put the bottom of the stem with roots in moist potting mix and curled the rest of the stem around in the pot so the bulbils can root); two dozen or so bulbils from another still-green stem that I broke when I was separating the bunch of bulbs (trenched the stem and bulbils along a soaker hose in the garden hoop)
MrsBinWY On July 18, 2021 Transplanted
7-19-2021, planted these out in back side yard with Delphinium grandiflorum 'Blue Butterfly' in front of Verbesina alternifolia, 4 flattish, marble-sized bulbs
MrsBinWY On November 22, 2020 Seeds sown
seeds from Judith's OT lily mix, 2020G in milk jugs @ room temp
MrsBinWY On August 22, 2020 Potted up
~16 into 12" wide x 8" deep pot. These spent the winter in the sun room. Although it freezes in there, the plants never went into a full dormancy. New growth emerged once the weather moderated (possibly Mar-21?). When I put the pot outside for the summer (late May/early June), I noticed several plants were producing bulbils. Not large, brown bulbils. Small green ones, many sporting a little leaf. By the time I transplanted these on 9-5-2021 several were quite large (large/very large pea) and brown, a couple with two or more leaves
MrsBinWY On May 20, 2020 Seeds germinated
3 (way up [hadn't had good light]). As of 11-26-20, five still green with one or two leaves.
