    This classic trumpet daffodil has unique and striking color. Awarded multiple times by the RHS. Awards include 4 Award of Merits, 2 First Class Certificates, and Award of Garden Merit (1993). The AGM was rescinded by the RHS in 2012.
    Spellbinder has been utilized by in breeding programs around the world, 20 times as seed parent, 25 times as a pollen parent from 1949 till 2011.

Mostly yellow. Cultivar displays big dose of 'Variation'.
Many of the yellows turned the better known yellow white combo w/ maturity.
